House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) has partnered with the quick commerce platform Zepto to promote its residential plots.
In a statement released on Tuesday, HoABL announced that it will initially market premium plots located in Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh, and Neral, Maharashtra, via the Zepto app. “HoABL already provides a completely digital experience through its own application, enabling customers to explore, select, purchase, and monitor plots from start to finish.
The collaboration with Zepto further improves accessibility, allowing customers to discover and interact with HoABL’s offerings on a platform they utilize daily,” the statement indicated. Saurabh Jain, the Chief Marketing Officer of HoABL, mentioned that this partnership with Zepto expands its outreach.
The Zepto app will guarantee that potential customers are connected within 10 minutes to an HoABL expert, who will assist them through the process via a video call. Established in 2020, the Mumbai-based HoABL has sold approximately 11 million square feet of developed land.
Presently, the company has around 30 million square feet under active development. The brand operates in the Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, and Goa markets and is set to expand into Punjab soon.
