Grand View Towers in Gurgaon Witnesses ₹32 Cr Transaction

In a significant development, Grand View Towers, located in Gurgaon’s Sector 58, has recorded a noteworthy transaction worth ₹32 Cr. This iconic building, which forms part of a mixed-use project, is home to the latest and one of the four prestigious Grand Hyatt hotels in the country. With limited office floors available for sale, this transaction marks the most prominent transaction to date. The office plate was of approximately 18000 sq ft. developed by IREO.

A senior official from the renowned developer behind the project, has acknowledged the transaction, albeit requesting anonymity. The buyer, none other than esteemed lawyer Mr. Rohit Kochhar from Kochhar and Co., along with his wife Sonali Kochhar, sealed the deal. Impressively, the office fit-outs are expected to be completed by year-end. Kochhar and Co., recognized as one of India’s leading corporate law firms since 3 decades, boasts international presence in the US, UAE, Japan, and Singapore other than multiple office all over the country. As per their website, Kochhar & Co. is the preferred law firm for some of the largest multinational and blue-chip corporations from North America, Europe and Asia including 65 of the Fortune Global 500 corporations.

The transaction was facilitated by Kshitij Jain of Rizin Advisory and Foreo Advisory, and has been working as a multi-family office consultant for clients in India who shared insights into this remarkable commercial office tower. Standing tall at 28 storeys, this tower forms part of a sprawling 14-acre luxury development, masterfully designed by the renowned Foster + Partners from the UK. Beyond housing upscale shopping destinations and buzzing restaurants like Bellagio and Romeo Lane, the tower proudly hosts one of the nation’s latest Grand Hyatt hotels.

Jain said, distinguishing itself with outstanding specifications, the tower embodies a harmonious blend of energy efficiency, spacious column-free office spaces, iconic architecture with four-side glazing, and an exquisitely luxurious aesthetic. Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a grand three-floor high lobby, while three basements accommodate a state-of-the-art automated puzzle parking system, significantly increasing parking capacity. Vertical transportation is seamlessly facilitated by a top-notch elevator system comprising ten guests plus two high-speed service elevators. Few of the prominent occupiers are Cinepolis, Stanza Living, Hines-Conscient JV, Hyatt and Carlsberg.
