Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL) has obtained the project registration certificate from the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) for Phase 1 of its upscale residential project, Godrej Trilogy, located in Worli, Mumbai.
This initiative represents a collaborative effort to redevelop a prime 2.63-acre land parcel situated in one of the city’s most sought-after and strategically positioned neighborhoods, just off Dr. Annie Besant Road.
The comprehensive development is designed to consist of three towers and is projected to generate a gross revenue potential exceeding Rs 10,000 crore, thereby reinforcing its status as a significant undertaking in the South Mumbai real estate sector. The initial RERA approval pertains to the first phase, which includes two of the three proposed towers, aptly named Seaturf and Seafront.
This phase encompasses approximately 11 lakh square feet of saleable area. With the requisite approvals now in place, this first phase is set to launch in the current quarter and is expected to make a substantial contribution to GPL’s residential sales portfolio in South Mumbai.
