Emami Realty has reported net consolidated loss after tax of Rs 14.36 crore during the quarter ended June 30, 2023. It had recorded net consolidated profit after tax of Rs 14.10 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.
The company’s net consolidated total income stood at Rs 17.72 crore in Q1 FY24, a dip of 66.98 per cent from Rs 53.66 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.
The board of directors appointed Amit Kiran Deb as an additional director in the category of non-executive independent director for a period of five consecutive years, from August 7, 2023 to August 6, 2028.
