Dilip Buildcon has been awarded a letter of award (LoA) by Adani Road Transport (ARTL) for the construction of the Ganga Path, which will connect Sultanganj, Bhagalpur, and Sabour in Bihar. The Bihar State Road Development Corporation is the commissioning authority responsible for overseeing the project’s execution.
The contract is structured on an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) basis, which includes the design, engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning of a 41.09 km stretch of road. The total EPC cost is projected to be Rs 3,400 crore, with a completion timeline set for 42 months.
This infrastructure initiative is designed to enhance connectivity in the region, enabling smoother transportation and decreasing travel time between important districts. The project signifies a substantial investment in Bihar’s road infrastructure, in line with broader initiatives aimed at improving regional mobility and fostering economic development.
