Concorde to jointly develop 2.16 acres residential project

Concorde has engaged in a collaborative effort to create a high-rise residential project named Concorde Élevé, located on Old Madras Road (OMR) in East Bengaluru.

This project boasts a development potential of around 3.2 lakh square feet and a gross development value (GDV) estimated at ₹475 crore. Spanning 2.16 acres, the project will feature 136 units available in 3 and 4 BHK configurations.

The tower is designed to reach 36 floors, accommodating four units per floor while maintaining an overall open space of 70%, as stated by the company.

The development will also incorporate a 15,000 square foot clubhouse, retail areas, and a variety of shared amenities.
