Central Park Estates intends to allocate ₹1,200 crore for the development of the residential project named Belanova in Gurugram. This project is projected to generate a topline revenue potential ranging from ₹2,500 to ₹3,000 crore.
Funding will be sourced through project finance and internal accruals. The development will consist of 124 residences, with an average price point of around ₹25 crore.
The company anticipates generating approximately ₹500 crore in FY26 through a private offering to friends and family, followed by an estimated ₹1,000 crore in FY27. The completion of the development is slated for July 31, 2026.
