Arvind SmartSpaces has entered into an agreement for a high-rise project in Goregaon West, Mumbai, with an estimated revenue potential of approximately Rs 2,400 crore. This initiative, in collaboration with Sigma Oxford Realtors, will provide around 0.67 million sq. ft. of saleable carpet area and represents Arvind SmartSpaces’ third venture in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and its second high-rise project within the city.
Situated in Siddharth Nagar, Goregaon West, the development enjoys excellent connectivity via the Western Express Highway, Link Road, and SV Road, in addition to being close to significant commercial centers.
The region continues to experience robust demand, consistent absorption, and price growth, establishing it as a strategic development area. In conjunction with this project, Arvind SmartSpaces has restructured its stakes through Arvind Skyline, acquiring a 49 percent equity interest in Oxford Navrang Realtors for Rs 49,000, while also executing a 13 percent stake sale in Arvind Skyline for Rs 13,000, thereby retaining an 87 percent ownership.
This expansion is in line with the company’s asset-light strategy, enhancing its capabilities in high-rise developments while ensuring disciplined execution across key urban markets.
