Arvind SmartSpaces has successfully acquired the Vastrapur residential project located in Ahmedabad, which encompasses a saleable area of 3.6 lakh sq. ft. and is projected to generate a top-line revenue of approximately Rs 400 crore. Situated on a 1.15-acre site, this acquisition represents the company’s 24th project in the state of Gujarat.
The location provides excellent connectivity to essential infrastructure, including metro corridors, educational institutions, healthcare services, and commercial centers such as Navratna Business Park and Pinnacle Business Park. Priyansh Kapoor, the CEO and whole-time director, emphasized the company’s intention to further expand in Gujarat, Bengaluru, and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) by introducing new projects within this year.
With a legacy associated with the Lalbhai group, the company has a development portfolio totaling approximately 10.8 crore sq ft across various regions, including Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Bengaluru, MMR, and Pune.
The Vastrapur project enhances Arvind SmartSpaces’ footprint in West Ahmedabad and bolsters its strategy for diversification across both horizontal and vertical developments.
