Apco Infratech has bought 9,527 sq ft apartment in Pali Hill, Bandra West, Mumbai from Ashar Group for Rs 172 crore, the company said in a media release. The project is developed on the late Dilip Kumar’s residence.
This transaction was achieved at the rate of Rs 1.81 lakh per sq ft and the buyer has paid a stamp duty of Rs 9.30 crore.
The Legend by Ashar project encompasses over 1.75 lakh sq ft and offers residences spread across 3,200 sq ft, 3,400 sq ft and 3,700 sq ft. The possession of the flats is scheduled for December 31, 2027.
