Ajmera Realty & Infra India intends to invest Rs 7,000 crore in the Wadala area of Mumbai to create 2.3 million sq. ft. of both residential and commercial space.
The firm seeks to generate over Rs 12,000 crore in value from this property within the next four to five years. Significant projects include the second phase of Ajmera Manhattan, estimated at Rs 1,750 crore, and a boutique office development encompassing six lakh sq. ft., valued at Rs 1,800 crore.
Additionally, Ajmera Realty is venturing into the luxury residential sector with a nearly 1.4 million sq. ft. project anticipated to cost Rs 5,700 crore. The following phases of Ajmera Manhattan, which will cover nine lakh sq. ft., are expected to contribute Rs 3,200 crore in value.
