The 24,256 square meter plot, which has a development potential exceeding 1.50 million square feet, is intended for a mixed-use high-rise project designed to meet Nagpur’s increasing demand for integrated urban spaces.
The company anticipates that the project will yield approximately Rs 900 crore in revenue, thereby bolstering its growth trajectory in one of Maharashtra’s most rapidly developing regions.
