With new infrastructure and subsidy schemes, there’s huge potential—especially in areas like West Delhi, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad. The key is offering quality homes at the right price.

3. What are the major gaps you see in the affordable housing market in Delhi/NCR, and how is M-Sanvi addressing them?

Answer:  We’re planning to expand into regions like Gurugram, Faridabad, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, where infrastructure growth and housing demand are rising rapidly. These areas offer strong connectivity, affordable land, and great potential for quality housing—perfect for extending M-Sanvi’s vision of reliable and value-driven homes.
