Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan along with his wife Natasha has purchased a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s plush Juhu locality for Rs 44.52 crore.
The couple has acquired the property spread over 5,512 sq ft on the seventh floor of an under-construction tower, Twenty, from home furnishings company D’décor Exports Pvt Ltd.
The deal is valued at over Rs 87,000 per sq ft basis and is among the costliest deals in the Juhu area that is known for the properties of Bollywood actors, directors, and producers. It also counts many industrial and corporate world biggies as its prominent residents.The buyers have paid stamp duty of Rs 2.67 crore for the registration of the deal that took place on December 3, showed documents accessed through IndexTap.com.
