UPSIDA’s e-auction of industrial plots is on Aug 10

An official spokesperson said that as many as 89 pieces of land for industrial projects, three for group housing society, one for nursing home, and 10 rented halls in a flatted factory will be up for grabs in the e-auction.

The UP State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) will conduct another round of e-auction of land for industrial projects on August 10.

An official spokesperson said that as many as 89 pieces of land for industrial projects, three for group housing society, one for nursing home, and 10 rented halls in a flatted factory will be up for grabs in the e-auction.

“The auction process will be conducted through the State Bank of India (SBI) portal from 10am on August 10. The base price has been determined and the listing of all the participants in the auction has been finalized,” the spokesperson said. Earlier on July 13, a mega e-auction was organized by UPSIDA for industrial land in Lucknow, Kanpur, Prayagraj, Unnao, Trans Delhi Signature City, Ayodhya, Agra, Bareilly, and Aligarh.

The base price for all the proposed land and rented halls have been determined. The reserve prices for plots in Saraswati Hitech City in Prayagraj, Trans Ganga City in Unnao, and Group Housing Society in Sumerpur, Jhansi, are Rs 12.77 crore, Rs 30.82 crore, and Rs 5.44 crore, respectively.

The e-auction will include land of different sizes. For example, it will include 12,290 square metres land in Saraswati Hitech City and another of 14,270 square metres in Trans Ganga City.

Similarly, it will also include land in Group Housing Society in Sumerpur with the size of 23,676.20 square metres. Furthermore, for the proposed nursing home in Sandila Housing in Lucknow, the area of 3,337.1 square metres has a reserve price of Rs 1.68 crore.

Officials associated with the process said that among the warehousing projects proposed for auction, the highest reserve price of Rs 31.28 crore has been set for a 56,873.94 square metre land on Kursi Road in Lucknow.

Similarly, in Prayagraj, for the auction of land measuring 12,290.58 square metres and 12,654.27 square metres in Saraswati Hitech City, the base prices have been set at Rs 1.21 crore and 1.25 crore, respectively.

In Bareilly’s Baheri, the base price for each of the two warehousing plottings, measuring 16,800 square metres, has been fixed at Rs 42.84 lakh. In Unnao’s Trans Ganga City, two pieces of measuring 13,093.37 square metres and 13,814.19 square metres will be auctioned for warehousing, with base prices of Rs 14.2 crore and Rs 14.98 crore, respectively.
