The chairman of the town planning and estate management committee of the AMC has proposed Urban House near Mithakhali in Navrangpura.
The chairman, Devang Dani, said that town planning offices are situated at various places in the city and people have to run from one office to another to get their work done.
The committee has identified a plot on the main road near Mithakhali. The plot is big enough to accommodate two towers of ten floors. Dani said that Urban House will ensure that all services are available under one roof.
