Indian cricketer Suryakumar Yadav and his wife, Devisha Yadav, have recently expanded their real estate portfolio with the purchase of two luxury apartments in Godrej Sky Terraces, located in Deonar, Mumbai. The total value of the transaction stands at Rs. 21.11 crore, as per property records accessed on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) Maharashtra website by Square Yards. The purchase was officially registered in March 2025.
Deonar, situated in eastern Mumbai, falls within the Mumbai Suburban district and is well-connected to major parts of the city. The locality is accessible via the Chembur railway station on the Harbour Line and is further supported by the Mumbai Monorail, Eastern Express Highway, and Sion-Panvel Expressway, making it a sought-after residential destination.
The couple’s new apartments are part of Godrej Sky Terraces, a premium residential project developed by Godrej Properties, covering 1.05 acres. The project offers 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments, catering to high-end buyers. As per the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) data, Yadav’s purchase includes two apartments situated on consecutive floors. The combined carpet area of both units is approximately 392.36 sq. m. (~4,222.76 sq. ft.), while the built-up area extends to around 424.46 sq. m. (~4,568 sq. ft.). Additionally, the transaction includes six designated parking spaces.
The purchase incurred a stamp duty of Rs. 1.26 crore and a registration fee of Rs. 30,000.
According to Square Yards Data Intelligence, 25 property transactions have been recorded in Godrej Sky Terraces between March 2024 and February 2025, amounting to a total transaction value of Rs. 202 crore. The average price of units in the project is Rs. 52,433 per sq. ft., reflecting the premium nature of the development. The project’s strategic location and high-end amenities contribute to its strong market demand.
Suryakumar Yadav has established himself as one of India’s most innovative and aggressive T20 batsmen.
