Suraj Estate Developers has announced a net consolidated growth of 3.96 percent for the quarter ending September 30, 2025.
The profit after tax for Q2 FY26 was reported at ₹33.09 crore, compared to ₹31.83 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year, as stated by the company in a filing with the BSE. I
n Q2 FY26, the company’s net consolidated total income reached ₹145.42 crore, reflecting a growth of 32.65 percent from ₹109.63 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The board of directors has approved a notice for a postal ballot to seek shareholders’ approval through a special resolution in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, to formalize the appointment of Ananta Singh Raghuvanshi as an independent director (Woman Director) of the company.
