Sunteck RealtyĀ has registered Rs 3.02 crore net consolidated profit in the first quarter of the financial year 2021-22, the company said in a BSE filing. It had recorded a net consolidated loss of Rs 3.08 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year.
The company’s net consolidated income stood at Rs 96.11 crore in Q1 FY22, a growth of 52% from Rs 63.20 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.

The industry consolidation has already resulted in 3 new project acquisitions for us at Vasai, Vasind andĀ BorivaliĀ inĀ MMR.”
