Sobha recorded sales value of Rs 13.88 billion in Q3 FY25 supported by new sales area of 1.01 million sq ft at an average price realization of Rs 13,663 per sq ft. Sales value recorded a dip of 28.85% year-on-year.
Average realization improved by 31.3% over same period last year to Rs 14,226 per sq ft, aided by price increases in ongoing projects and higher realization in the new project launches during the year.
Bengaluru recorded sales value of Rs 10.01 billion with new sale area of 722,886 sq ft, contributing 72.1% to total sales value. Gurugram contributed 10.3% of total sales.
For first nine months in FY25, 3.12 million sq ft of new sales area was sold with a value of Rs 44.41 billion. 4.66 million sq ft across six projects in four cities were launched in 9M FY25.
