Signature Global, is set to launch housing projects valued at Rs 17,000 crore in FY26, which will contribute nearly 10 million sq. ft. of new inventory, primarily in Gurugram. “We have already initiated projects worth Rs 4,000 crore, encompassing 1.8 million sq ft.
The remaining 7.5–8 million sq. ft., estimated at Rs 12,000–13,000 crore, is expected to be launched by the festive season,” stated Chairman Pradeep Aggarwal. Significant launches will include two major projects—3.5–4 million sq. ft. along the Dwarka Expressway and approximately four million sq. ft. on the Southern Peripheral Road.
The targets for FY26 comprise Rs 12,500 crore in pre-sales and Rs 6,000 crore in collections, following a record booking of Rs 10,290 crore in FY25. Although the foundation is based on affordable housing, the company is now concentrating on the Rs two–five crore market segment. Plans for expansion include areas in Delhi’s L-Zone and Rohini, as well as Noida, featuring 2,000 sq. ft. units priced between Rs three to four crore.
Signature Global intends to allocate Rs 1,500 crore for land acquisition and Rs 2,500 crore for construction, with a goal of achieving Rs 15,000 crore in Gross Development Value (GDV) from the new projects.
