Shaula Real Estates has acquired a duplex apartment in the Naman Xana, a residential development by Shree Naman Group, situated in Worli, Mumbai, for ₹225.76 crore.
The apartment was obtained from Naman Residency and Karp Estate. This duplex unit features a carpet area of 856 square meters (9,214 square feet).
The total built-up area of the apartment measures 1,067 square meters (11,485 square feet). The apartment comes with six designated car parking spaces.
The transaction incurred a stamp duty of ₹13.55 crore and registration fees of ₹30,000, according to the documents from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) Maharashtra, as reviewed by Square Yards.
The registration of the transaction took place in May 2025. The project spans 0.64 acres and is expected to be completed by 2027.
