Bollywood producer Sajid Nadiadwala, through his production company Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, has purchased a land parcel spread over nearly one-fifth of an acre in Mumbai’s plush Juhu locality.
The production company has paid Rs 31.30 crore as consideration for the said plot and has also paid nearly 1.88 crore as stamp duty charges for the registration of the transaction, showed the documents accessed through Indextap(dot)com.
Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment has purchased the plot from a company called Portion Trading and the deal was registered on April 6.
Recently, construction company J Kumar Infraprojects’ Managing Director Nalin Gupta purchased two adjacent bungalows in Juhu locality for a total of Rs 50 crore. Both the bungalows spread over 5,650 sq ft cumulative built-up area are part of a housing society.
Gupta acquired the said property, which has been constructed on a land parcel spread over one-fifth of an acre, with his wife Shalini.
Apart from personalities from Hindi film industry, Juhu counts many industrial and corporate world biggies as its prominent residents. Recently, actors Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif shifted to their residence here, while cricketer Virat Kohli and his actress wife Anushka Sharma also moved in here some time ago.
