In the months of April and May this year, the Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) is set to introduce a range of new housing initiatives across five districts: Jaipur, Udaipur, Barmer, Kota, and Hanumangarh.
These initiatives will include both flats and independent houses catering to various income categories, such as Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), Lower Income Groups (LIG), Middle Income Groups (MIG), and Higher Income Groups (HIG). Additionally, new housing projects will be initiated in Atru, Gajanpura, Nainwa, Lakheri, and Dholpur.
Officials have also indicated plans for new housing schemes in Jaisalmer and Shajahanpur, located near Neemrana. RHB Commissioner Rashmi Sharma stated, These upcoming schemes demonstrate the housing board’s commitment to providing high-quality, affordable housing solutions that address the needs of all income levels.
We are dedicated to delivering homes that not only meet structural standards but also fulfill the aspirations of our community. Officials noted that the forthcoming projects will incorporate modern amenities, sustainable designs, communal areas, green spaces, designated parking, and water conservation systems.
