The Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) is all set to complete construction of houses under the Mukhya Mantri Jan Awas Yojana by May 25, housing commissioner Pawan Arora instructed officials during a meeting on Monday.
“It has been instructed to complete construction of buildings under the Mukhya Mantri Awas Yojana by May 25. Soon after we would inaugurate the project,” Arora said.
Under this scheme RHB is constructing buildings in sectors 3 and sector 7 of Indira Gandhi Nagar and sectors 28 and sector 26 of Pratap Nagar in Jaipur. A total of 7 buildings including 444 flats for EWS and four buildings, 288 flats for LIG category are under construction as part of the scheme.
In the meeting RHB officials also reviewed progress of various ongoing schemes across the state like the coaching hub in Jaipur, chaupatis in Jodhpur and Kota and few other ongoing projects.
