Revised building bylaws in Secunderabad cantonment board areas in three months-SCB

The Ministry of Defence (MoD) has finalised the revised building bylaws sent by the officials of the Secunderabad Cantonment Board (SCB).

House owners in the Secunderabad Cantonment will be able to make modifications and additions to buildings soon.

The Ministry of Defence (MoD) has finalised the revised building bylaws sent by the officials of the Secunderabad Cantonment Board (SCB).

The revised bylaws will be implemented within three months, according to SCB civilian nominated member, J Rama Krishna.

Rama Krishna has represented several issues related to SCB, to the Director General Defence Estates (DGDE) and the Union defence secretary, during his Delhi visit recently.

Addressing the media here on Monday, he said, “SCB officials have clarified to several queries raised by the MoD to implement new building byelaws and now, it has come to a final stage.”
