The Prayagraj Development Authority is presenting a distinctive opportunity for residents to acquire their ideal home in Sangam city. A total of 764 unoccupied flats are up for allocation at discounted prices across 12 residential schemes. These flats are designed for various categories, including EWS, LIG, 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK, and will be distributed through a lottery system, ensuring a fair chance for potential buyers. As per officials, there has been a 10% reduction in prices across all categories.
The flats available for allotment consist of 116 in Jagriti Vihar Awasiya Yojna (MIG), 125 in Mausam Vihar Apartment (2BHK and 3BHK), 10 in Vasudha Vihar Awasiya Yojna, 5 in Mangal Vihar Awas Yojna (M-EWS and LIG), and 2 in Sugam Vihar Awas Yojna (LIG).
The construction of the Subedarganj flyover has enhanced connectivity to Kalindipuram, making it easily reachable from all areas of the city. In the industrial zone of Naini, situated in the trans-Yamuna region, the Prayagraj Development Authority (PDA) is providing luxury flats ranging from EWS to 2BHK, offering residents convenient and appealing living options. In Naini’s ADA colony, there are 158 flats available for allotment in Yamuna Vihar Awas Yojna (2BHK), 212 in all three phases of Janhvi Apartment (EWS and 1BHK), 19 in Manas Vihar Housing Scheme (EWS and LIG), and 2 in Azad Apartment (LIG).
In Trivenipuram, situated along the Prayagraj-Varanasi route, the Prayagraj Development Authority is offering for sale its opulent Divine Apartment, which includes four BHK layouts. Furthermore, in Jhunsi, there are six flats available within the Saras Vihar Housing Scheme, a project aimed at providing affordable housing.
Additionally, the allotment for nine luxury flats, comprising 2BHK and 3BHK options in Govindpur, will also take place. Amit Pal Sharma, the vice chairman of PDA, informed that “details regarding the registration/application for all vacant flats managed by the Prayagraj Development Authority can be found on its websites janhit.upda.in and www.pdaprayagraj.org.
He further stated, Interested buyers may also obtain information by calling the numbers 915322400911 and 0532-4022624 between 10 am and 5 pm from Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays).The allotment of flats will be conducted through a lottery system across various schemes established by the authority. The registration application period for the flats has been set from May 26 to June 25.
