NSL Constructions has been recognized as the lowest bidder (L1) for the design, engineering, and procurement (EPC mode II) associated with the construction of the Unity Mall in Mysore, Karnataka.
The contract, which is valued at Rs. 169.51 crore, encompasses comprehensive management for the mall’s development, which is anticipated to improve the city’s infrastructure and retail environment.
This project is expected to promote additional growth and represents a notable milestone in the retail and commercial construction industry.
The L1 status announced by the National Projects Construction Corporation (NPCC) further solidifies NSL’s presence in large-scale infrastructure initiatives throughout India.
