The Noida Authority plans to upload details of all group housing projects, including their status of completion and occupation certificates, arrears, disputes and registry of flats on its website.
The Authority has also decided to initiate action against the developers not yet ready to clear dues.
On Monday, CEO Ritu Maheshwari directed the group housing department to upload the group housing details immediately. She also directed officials to initiate actions against the defaulter builders for recovery as per the terms of the lease deed, which include cancellation of allotment of plots, sealing of unsold flats and attachment of bank accounts.
She also asked officials to expedite flat registry by coordinating with the Amrapali Court receiver and other builders granted flat-wise sub-lease document permission.
Meanwhile, only two builders have applied for the reschedulement facility so far. Maheshwari asked officials to encourage more to avail of the facility under which dues can be paid in instalments over two years.
