NeoLiv, a real estate developer based in Mumbai and led by a fund, has acquired 17.5 acres in Khopoli, located within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), for Rs150 crore. This acquisition aims to develop a premium residential community featuring plotted developments and villas, encompassing an area of 0.36 million sq. ft.

Mohit Malhotra, the Founder and CEO, described this acquisition as “a significant milestone for NeoLiv” and emphasized the company’s dedication to providing “exceptional living experiences,” supported by ultra-high net worth investors and a team boasting over 100 years of combined experience.

The upcoming development will include world-class amenities, such as a clubhouse designed by international architects and beautifully landscaped green spaces, prioritizing safety, sustainability, and contemporary design. The Panvel-Khalapur-Khopoli corridor is becoming a high-growth area within the MMR, driven by substantial infrastructure improvements, including the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link, the Navi Mumbai International Airport, and enhanced highway connectivity.

These initiatives are anticipated to increase Khopoli’s attractiveness to both homebuyers and investors. NeoLiv’s projects are financed through a Sebi-approved alternative investment fund, in collaboration with the wealth management platform 360 ONE.
