NBCC (India) has successfully obtained five construction and redevelopment contracts totaling Rs 665 crore. The most significant project, amounting to Rs 642.82 crore, has been granted by the Ghaziabad Development Authority for the redevelopment of Tulsi Niketan in Ghaziabad.
Other contracts include a renovation project worth Rs 4.05 crore for the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) located in Hyderabad, as well as a Rs 6.95 crore agreement from the National Forensic Science University for its guest house at the Delhi campus. Additional orders encompass structural work for the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) in both Kanpur and Lucknow.
This consistent influx of orders signifies the expansion of NBCCās project portfolio, which has contributed to a 26 percent increase in its net profit for the quarter ending September 2025. “These orders highlight NBCC’s robust execution capabilities and its expanding presence across various sectors,” stated the company.
