Migsun Group, a leading real estate developer, is set to invest Rs 250 crore in the development of a commercial project along the Yamuna Expressway.
This initiative will include a combination of retail and office spaces, strategically positioned on a corridor that links Noida and Greater Noida to Agra. This investment aligns with the companyās larger strategy to leverage the growth of the region. Yash Miglani, Managing Director of Migsun Group, emphasized the remarkable changes that have occurred along the Yamuna Expressway over the years.
He remarked, “With industries relocating, infrastructure being established, and the Noida International Airport reshaping the future of the region, the momentum is undeniable.” The company has successfully completed over 40 projects in the Delhi-NCR area.
This new commercial venture is designed to address the increasing demand for business spaces in one of India’s most rapidly developing areas.
