Macrotech Developers reports pre-sales of ₹48.1 billion

Macrotech Developers has reported pre-sales of ₹48.1 billion for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2024-25, reflecting a 14% increase compared to the previous year. As a result, the company has achieved total pre-sales of ₹176.3 billion for FY25, marking a 21% year-on-year growth and exceeding our projections for the fiscal year, with an overall growth rate of 20%.

In terms of collections, the company reported ₹44.4 billion for Q4 FY25, which represents a 26% year-on-year increase. For the entire FY25, collections reached ₹144.9 billion, demonstrating a 29% growth compared to the previous year.

In Q4 FY25, it added two new projects in Pune with gross development value (GDV) of ₹43 billion. With this, it now has presence in nine locations across Pune.

During the year,the company has initiated 10 new projects with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹237 billion in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Bengaluru, and Pune, exceeding its annual target of ₹210 billion. In addition, the company’s net debt decreased by ₹3.2 billion during the quarter, bringing it down to ₹39.9 billion, which is significantly below the threshold of 0.5 times net debt to equity. The company stated, “Our consistent performance and robust balance sheet have led to an upgrade in our credit rating to IND AA/(Stable) from India Ratings.”
