Kesoram Industries posted net consolidated loss after tax of Rs 244.42 crore in the quarter ended March 31, 2024. It had registered net loss of Rs 26.13 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.The company’s total consolidated income stood at Rs 1,093.96 crore in Q4 FY24, a growth of from Rs 1,070.82 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.The board of directors approved the appointment of Rashmi Bihani as an additional director with immediate effect.Company’s cement segment witnessed revenue of Rs 1,003.62 crore in Q4 FY24 as against Rs 996.44 crore in Q4 FY23
During the current quarter, the company has repaid the entire 16,035 numbers of secured listed non-convertible debentures (NCDs) having a book value of about Rs 1,683.86 crore on the date of redemption by availing new secured term loans from financial institutions bearing lower interest rates.
For the financial year 2024, the company’s net consolidated income stood at Rs 4,035.94 crore and net loss after tax was Rs 384.09 crore.
