KEC International, an infrastructure company, announced on Wednesday that it has received new orders in the domestic market totaling more than Rs 1,000 crore. Several real estate developers’ residential projects in northern and southern India are among the orders. According to the company, it also involves constructing official houses and related facilities for defense officers.
According to it, its civil business has orders totaling Rs 1,002 crore.
“We are pleased with the new orders in our civil business, including our largest order in the residential segment. The civil business continues to be on an exponential growth trajectory, which is reflected in the substantial repeat orders secured from existing clients across diverse segments,” Vimal Kejriwal, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of KEC International, said.
Engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firm KEC International operates globally in the infrastructure sector.
It is present in the verticals of cables, solar, oil and gas pipelines, railroads, civil and urban infrastructure, and power transmission and distribution.
