House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) is set to invest approximately Rs 1,400 crore in an affordable housing initiative located in Naigaon, a neighborhood roughly an hour away from Dadar.

This development, titled Growth Housing, will provide 4,000 apartments within a two million sq. ft. area, with plans for completion across three sales cycles by 2029. The initial phase, which involves a Rs 200 crore investment in collaboration with Mittal Builders, has already garnered 8,838 registrations for 1,419 homes through a fully digital, AI-driven process that enhances the entire customer experience.

This project seeks to transform the concept of affordable housing by merging aspiration with cost-effectiveness. Furthermore, HoABL is investigating seven additional locations within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), including one adjacent to the forthcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport, for comparable projects.

Negotiations are currently underway for one site, while the other six are in the early stages of development. This initiative underscores HoABL’s dedication to broadening affordable housing options through innovative digital strategies and strategic collaborations.
