Real estate developer House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), known for its plotted land projects across India, has entered the Guinness World Records by creating the world’s largest floral mosaic logo. The installation, measuring 100 square metres, was crafted entirely from fresh red and white carnations sourced locally from the Vrindavan region of Uttar Pradesh.
According to HoABL, this achievement is the first global benchmark in a newly established Guinness World Record category, making the company the inaugural and sole titleholder for this floral mosaic format. The event marked a blend of real estate promotion with cultural symbolism rooted in Vrindavan’s heritage.
“Our objective is to recreate the Vrindavan that we all reminisce about and desire in the present day,” said Samujjwal Ghosh, Chief Executive Officer of HoABL. “It is not just about size; it’s about symbolism. Each flower represents growth, sanctity, and timeless potential. To set a global benchmark from the soil of Vrindavan is a proud moment for us. For HoABL, land is not just real estate — it is legacy.”
The official Guinness World Records adjudicator, Rishi Nath, confirmed the accomplishment at the event. “It gives me great pleasure to announce that The House of Abhinandan Lodha has successfully achieved a new Guinness World Records title for the Largest Fresh Flower Mosaic (Logo). Measuring 100 square meters and composed entirely of fresh flowers, the mosaic is a remarkable feat of scale, precision, and artistry,” Nath said.
The floral mosaic was unveiled as part of HoABL’s latest Vrindavan project, which the company says will feature the largest open spaces in its portfolio to date. Over 40% of the proposed development will be allocated to open areas, complemented by modern, world-class amenities.
“This momentous feat aligns with our vision to develop landmark projects with unique concepts,” said Saurabh Jain, Chief Marketing Officer at HoABL. “It is part of our broader plan to combine large-scale infrastructure with cultural and aesthetic value.”
HoABL has already delivered four projects, totaling around 15 million square feet of developed land. The company currently has approximately 40 million square feet under active development. Its real estate footprint includes prime locations such as Alibaug, Anjarle, Ayodhya, Dapoli, Goa, Khopoli, Nagpur, and Neral in Maharashtra. Future projects are planned for Amritsar, Shimla, Varanasi, and Vrindavan, with an overall goal of being present in 48 cities nationwide.
Industry analysts note that such high-profile marketing initiatives — blending record-setting events with project launches — have become a strategy for developers seeking to differentiate themselves in India’s competitive real estate market. The Vrindavan floral mosaic not only serves as a promotional tool but also resonates with the city’s cultural identity, attracting both investors and local interest.
Vrindavan, a city of deep religious significance in Uttar Pradesh, is known for its temples and association with the life of Lord Krishna. Real estate activity in the area has increased in recent years, spurred by infrastructure improvements, tourism growth, and investor interest in second homes or pilgrimage-linked properties.
For HoABL, the Guinness World Record aligns with its positioning as a developer that integrates heritage, aesthetics, and modern amenities. The company says the achievement underscores its belief in creating projects that stand out not just for their scale, but for their symbolic and cultural relevance.
