Hiranandani Communities, an initiative of the Niranjan Hiranandani Group, has established a partnership with GTB Group to venture into the senior living sector.
Covering an area of 4.5 acres, the project named Elements has a development potential of one million square feet and will be integrated into Hiranandani Parks, Oragadam – a comprehensive township located in Chennai.
The total estimated value of the project is ₹300 crore and it will be executed in two phases. It is set to include 400 residences, with prices commencing at ₹60 lakh.
Niranjan Hiranandani, the founder and chairman of the company, stated, “The township, Hiranandani Parks, Oragadam, aims for an ambitious topline revenue of ₹4,000 crore, developing nearly 100 acres of prime real estate in alignment with Oragadam’s robust growth trajectory over the next five years.
Spanning 360 acres, Hiranandani Parks has successfully delivered 1,500 apartments, 55 acres of plotted developments, and 65,000 square feet of operational retail space.
