Godrej Properties (GPL) has secured a 20-acre land parcel located in East Bengaluru, as stated in a filing to the BSE. The company intends to create a high-end residential project on this property, which is projected to generate approximately ₹1,350 crore in revenue.
Recently, the company also acquired a 44-acre land parcel in Coimbatore through a direct purchase. It aims to develop a premium plotted residential project with a potential buildable area of 1.1 million square feet and an estimated revenue potential of ₹450 crore.
This acquisition signifies GPL’s entry into the Coimbatore market.
