GHMC has decided to offer paid services for lifting construction and demolition (C&D) waste or debris from doorstep of citizens. Citizens can avail the door-step paid service to lift their C&D waste generated either from new construction or renovation to authorized agencies.
Citizens can visit GHMC website online services construction & demolition waste pick up service request, My GHMC app or toll-free number (1800-120-1159/ 1800-203-0033)GHMC officials said that citizens should store their C&D waste at accessible place near the gate within the premises and send a request for lifting the same through one of the above modes of communication.
The authorized C&D waste management agency of GHMC would deploy the required vehicles and lift the waste upon receipt of the payment, which ranges between 390 and 450.
