Avcon Technics, India’s leading Industrial Flooring Solutions Company, has been awarded the flooring contract for the upcoming greenfield project of solar panel manufacturing at Gujarat. The solar panel manufacturing project in Gujarat is poised to be one of the largest in the country, spanning an impressive 3,87,000 square meters.
They are India’s first flooring company with ISO 9001-2015 certification in Concrete Floor Design, Manufacturing of Products and Project Execution. The company is doing industrial floor execution of approximately 1 lakh sqm of flooring.

The company has taken a comprehensive approach, commencing with a meticulous analysis of the soil report to understand subgrade behavior. The floor design incorporates jointless and seamless features, facilitating smooth robotics movements and supporting the use of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) within the facility. This strategic integration of advanced technologies not only enhances operational efficiency but also aligns seamlessly with the green energy objectives of the solar panel manufacturing plant. The company is using floor hardeners from ROCLAND PVT LTD. Additionally they are also using Permaban armoured joints, serving as permanent formwork during the concrete pour and providing extended protection for construction joints against impact damage.
