Emaar India intends to allocate ₹400 crore for the construction of a high-rise residential development named Elite Oasis, located in Gomti Nagar Extension, Lucknow.
This project is projected to generate a revenue potential of ₹650 crore. Spanning 2.923 acres, the development will feature a diverse selection of residential units, including 3BHK + U and 4BHK + U (two distinct types).
The pricing for the 3BHK units is expected to range from ₹2.75 crore to ₹2.90 crore, while the 4BHK units will be priced between ₹3.87 crore and ₹4.15 crore.
