Central Park intends to allocate ₹2,000 crore for the establishment of a new residential project named Delphine, situated along the Dwarka Expressway. This investment will be sourced from internal accruals and capital financing.
The project will span 7.85 acres in sector 104, Gurugram, and will be executed in three phases, with construction anticipated to begin in 2026 and completion aimed for 2032. The construction process will be overseen internally.
This high-rise development will feature six towers, which will include serviced studio and one-bedroom apartments, as well as 3BHK and 4BHK units. The company projects a sales revenue of approximately ₹3,500 crore from this initiative. The pricing for studio units will range from ₹3 crore to ₹5 crore, while 3BHK units will start at ₹11 crore and 4BHK units at ₹15 crore.
