CCI Group has allocated ₹227 crore for the establishment of a grade-A warehouse facility in Sohan-Silani, Gurugram. This total investment covers land acquisition, construction, and the development of necessary infrastructure.
The facility will cover an area of approximately 9.5 lakh square feet and will include features such as a clear height of 12 meters, FM2-grade flooring, multiple cross-dock loading points, and spacious internal RCC roads to facilitate efficient vehicle movement.
It is anticipated that the project will create over 300 direct jobs during the construction phase, in addition to more than 250 indirect employment opportunities in logistics, security, and support services.
