Lodha Developers buys land for Rs 2,300-cr housing project in MMR

Brigade Group has acquired a land parcel of about 4.4 acres in Whitefield, East Bengaluru. The company will develop a residential project with an overall potential of 0.6 million square feet and an estimated gross development value of around Rs 950 crore.

Recently, it introduced a new residential project named Brigade Eternia in Yelahanka. This project spans 14.65 acres and will comprise 1,124 residential units, offering a total built-up area of roughly 2 million square feet distributed across 12 towers. The anticipated revenue from this project exceeds Rs 2,700 crore, with completion expected by March 31, 2030.

The company also launched a residential project – Ebony at its Brigade Orchards township in Devanahalli. The project comprises 230 residential units spread across four residential blocks,encompassing a total development area of 0.5 million square feet, with an anticipated revenue potential exceeding Rs 380 crore.
