B L Kashyap & Sons, an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firm, has obtained a construction contract worth ₹510 crore from Fidatocity Homes. The company will undertake the development of a residential project named Sky Palazzo Residences, situated in Sector 88B, Gurugram.
Vineet Kashyap, the managing director of B L Kashyap & Sons, stated, ‘This ₹5.10 billion project for Sky Palazzo Residences demonstrates our robust order book and a promising pipeline. The National Capital Region continues to be one of our key strategic areas.’ The residential group housing project encompasses an approximate built-up area of 28.30 lakh square feet and is anticipated to be completed within 33 months.
