Arkade Developers has obtained the rights for the cluster redevelopment of four housing societies located near Mahavir Nagar in Borivali West, Mumbai. This initiative is anticipated to yield a gross development value (GDV) of ā¹865 crore.
The company has formalized the development agreement (DA) for the following societies: Satya Shreepal Nagar A CHS, Om Shreepal Nagar B & C CHS, Sheetal Shreepal CHS, and Sai Shreepal CHS. Covering an area of 7,084 square meters, the project is projected to provide a saleable carpet area of around 2.44 lakh square feet.
Additionally, the company is engaged in the redevelopment of Nutan Ayojan, a cooperative housing society situated in Malad West. This project, which encompasses 6,858.90 square meters, is expected to generate a GDV of approximately ā¹740 crore.
