Arkade Developers has announced a decrease of 4.83 percent in its net consolidated profit for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. The profit after tax was reported at ā¹28.75 crore in Q1 FY26, compared to ā¹30.21 crore recorded in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year, as stated in a filing with the BSE.
The company’s net consolidated total income for Q1 FY26 was ā¹165.22 crore, reflecting a growth of 31.64 percent from ā¹125.51 crore achieved in the corresponding quarter last year. Amit Jain, the chairman and managing director of the company, remarked, “We are delighted to report a robust year-on-year growth, with pre-sales increasing by 17.1% and collections rising by 41.8%.
Furthermore, we have declared our first interim dividend for our shareholders, which highlights the companyās strong financial position and commitment to our investors.” The board of directors has recommended an initial interim dividend of 10%. Promoter Amit M Jain, along with whole-time directors Sandeep Jain and Arpit Jain, have opted to forgo the dividend.
