Ajmera Realty & Infra India (ARIIL) has reported a growth of 7.85 per cent in its net consolidated profit during the quarter March 31, 2023. Its profit after tax stood at Rs 15.11 crore in Q4 FY23 as against Rs 14.01 crore it registered in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.
The company’s net consolidated total income from operations stood at Rs 117.80 crore in Q4 FY23, a dip of 35.85 per cent from Rs 183.62 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.
Dhaval Ajmera, director of the company said, “We are pleased to announce that our company has achieved strong performance throughout FY23, with sales reaching Rs 842 crore. We also deleveraged debt by 7% on a year-on-year basis, yielding to our debt/equity ratio of 1:1 for FY23 which has been primarily on account of our debt management efforts and growth in our sales collection.”
During FY23, the company acquired land with a gross development value of around Rs 550 crore, sales value increased by 95% year-on-year to Rs 842 crore, sales volume grew by 50% year-on-year to 3,70,219 lakh sq ft, collections increased by 35% year-on-year to Rs 532 crore, debt decreased by 7% year-on-year to Rs 776 crore.
The board of directors recommended final dividend of Rs 3 per equity share on face value of Re 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2023.
