AAIJI Group has acquired 50 acres of land in Dholera region, Gujarat. This investment, with an estimated project cost of over Rs 150 crore includes land acquisition.
The company plans to develop 3BHK villas, plots and retail spaces.
It also launched second phase of Project – Lotus 1145, to take the overall area to one lakh sq yard.
Till date, the company has invested over Rs 100 crore in five projects in Dholera.
